Lunch

For the preparation of a lunch we usually have more time. It is important to create a satisfying yet
healthy meal that does not contain too many calories. A chicken breast dish is ideal for a diet
because it is low in fat and low in calories. Therefore, a healthy fresh salad with chicken breast fillets
is the perfect meal.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 100 g chicken breast fillet
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Colorful salad mix
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar

Rinse chicken breast fillet under running cold water and dab dry. Then cut into thin strips.
Mix the soy sauce with pepper and marinate the slices of meat in it. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes
well, add salt and balsamic vinegar as you like.
Heat oil in a pan. Remove the slices of meat from the marinade, drain and fry in the oil while turning
from all sides for a total of 4-6 minutes. Arrange the fillets with the salad and enjoy.
